(Parents, Teachers and Friends Association)
Cashes Green PTFA work hard throughout the year fundraising towards specific projects to improve our school. As well as raising vital money, events are fun for children and families to join in with.
Committee
The PTFA is ran by an elected committee and a small group of parents and friends of our school:

Deputy Chair: Carmel Ponsford
Secretary: Jo Carter
Treasurer: Miss Jordan
PR/Newsletter: Sadie Spiteri
Short meetings are held roughly once a month where future events are planned and organised.
Joining the PTFA
If you have any ideas, or would like to join the PTFA please see one of the elected committee members on the playground, come into school to see Mrs Ind or drop a note into the school office. Everyone is welcome at meetings and we offer crèche facilities for your children. We are aware that the timing of meetings are not always convenient for everyone so if you would like to help with events but can’t make meetings please come and speak to us.
We also understand that people cannot always commit to being a regular part of the PTFA, but if you are able to lend a hand with any of our events, for example the discos, please let us know. Any amount of help is gratefully received.
Fundraising Efforts
Here are just some of the things that the PTFA have contributed to recently
- Donation towards new laptops
- The annual Christmas pantomime
- Year 6 leavers hoodies and mugs
Upcoming events
Easter Egg Hunt - Thursday 1st April, cost per child £2.00 payable on ParentPay. As always all money raised will benefit the children in school.
