Two exciting vacancies have arisen at our school for a qualified Teaching Assistant to join our happy team at Cashes, one in KS1 and the other in KS2.

Your responsibilities will include:-
*Has the ability to motivate & inspire children.
*Supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special needs ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
*To successfully work as part of a team.
*Assist with implementation of My Plans. EHCPs and Personal Care Programmes under the direction of the teacher.
*Establish positive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs.
*Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
*Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher.
*Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and independence.
*Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and next steps in learning.
*Uphold the ethos and values of our school.
