We are recruiting for a new Class Teacher

The Governors are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher with experience to teach in Y1 initially. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational practitioner who is committed to making a real contribution to the lives of the children at Cashes Green Primary School starting 1st September 2026. We are looking for someone who shares our "CASHES" school ethos and understands the needs of all children in the class.

We would like to recruit a teacher who:

• Can demonstrate a commitment to raise standards of attainment through motivational lessons which ensure the children thrive.
• Builds positive relationships and is a role model for the children they teach.
• Develops effective relationships with and values the contribution of parents.
• Has consistently high expectations of themselves in regard to teaching and learning.
• Supports the ethos of the school, is enthusiastic and has a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Recognises the uniqueness of each of our children and reflects this in their practice.
• Is flexible and accommodating.
• Is a team player.
